I’ve been asked by many people how I make the rice socks that I give to all of my doula clients! So I thought I’d make a short ‘how to’ video to help out – it’s so easy! These are so great for use in pregnancy and labour to relieve aches and discomforts and to encourage relaxation.

My son made me one of these in pre-school for Mother’s Day 7 years ago, and i still have it and use it…I absolutely Love it
I think you can use them many many times because the rice is dry. I’ve never had to throw one out yet because of over-cooking
How many used can you get out of it, before the rice has cooked? Serious question.
I have to admit, it does smell like you’ve just cooked dinner! I usually just pop a couple of drops ofmy favourite essential oil on it – perfect!
