How to Make a Rice Sock in 1 minute flat! (Heat Pack)

I’ve been asked by many people how I make the rice socks that I give to all of my doula clients! So I thought I’d make a short ‘how to’ video to help out – it’s so easy! These are so great for use in pregnancy and labour to relieve aches and discomforts and to encourage relaxation.

    I think you can use them many many times because the rice is dry. I’ve never had to throw one out yet because of over-cooking :)

    I have to admit, it does smell like you’ve just cooked dinner! I usually just pop a couple of drops ofmy favourite essential oil on it – perfect!
